We use techniques and treatments which are practiced in some of the well known Human Assisted Reproduction clinics from Europe and America, where many of us have had the privilege to improve our knowledge on Reproductive Medicine.

In our center the treatments are strictly personalized, taking into consideration a variety of factors (age, duration of infertility, pathology involved, etiology, lab analysis, weight, etc.)

The synthesis of all these elements will indicate us the best solution for your problem. Some of the couples are too ?hasty?, so we will suggest them to be patient and follow the simplest solutions in order to capitalize the fertile period.

Normally, the treatment of infertility must cover the stages from simple to complex (from the monitoring of ovulation until the most sophisticated IVF and ICSI techniques), but some couples can have more serious medical problems that require a more complex intervention from the beginning.

Also, an advanced age will impose the avoidance of some procedures which can endanger the little chances that the couple have left (the monitoring of ovulation, the simple ovulation induction, and insemination in natural cycle) and counseling in order to determine the chances of success using IVF/ICSI procedures.

We will be objective in estimation of your success chances, so you will have a realistic picture regarding the possibility of obtaining a pregnancy.

Before starting any treatment, we will recommend some analysis and investigations necessary to obtain a clear picture of the reproductive health of the couple. For this we indicate a set of hormonal analysis, serologic analysis for partners, hemogram and zoonosis. For the male partner it is mandatory a detailed semen analysis and determination of anti-sperm antibodies. See Minimum analysis standards and Harvesting recommendations.

If we suspect a probable tubal pathology, we will recommend a Hysterosonography or in more complex or IVF/ICSI preparatory cases we will recommend a Hysteroscopy and a Laparascopy.
