To young couples and especially to women that have a regular spontaneous ovulation (confirmed by ultrasounds testing) we recommend, in the first stage, only monthly monitoring of the dominant follicle?s and endometrium?s growth in order to estimate the most suitable fertile moment.
In order to do this we invite the patient to perform a few successive endovaginal ultrasounds, starting from the first period of the menstrual cycle. To be more precise in establishing the maximum fertile period, an hCG-based prepared substance can be administered.
